Description:

Karasawa Toshiaki stars as Shitara Kyoichi, a mysterious fixer capable of resolving intricate political and corporate conflicts that law and police cannot handle. The story begins as Kyoichi is released from prison. Shortly after, the Prime Minister's car plummets off a cliff, with the deceased driver suspected of drunk driving, fueling whispers of a secret drug scandal. Meanwhile, Kyoichi, who had covered up the PM's misconduct in the past and spoken with him just before the accident, approaches the PM's secretary. The central mystery revolves around whether the incident was a tragic accident or a calculated political setup. With the unconscious Prime Minister forced to resign, a new leadership election commences. Kyoichi then assumes a pivotal role as a kingsmaker, influencing the presidential candidates of the ruling party.
