Farewell Song chronicles the journey of HaruReo, a musical duo that achieved overnight success but ultimately decides to disband. Before their final separation, they embark on an emotional last tour together. Their dedicated roadie, Shima, accompanies them, unknowingly at the center of a complex love triangle. Reo harbors deep, unexpressed feelings for Shima, hoping for a connection that might extend beyond their band’s dissolution. However, Shima's heart is secretly drawn to Haru, creating an unspoken tension and bittersweet dynamic among the three.
