"Fairy" introduces Ho Chul and Young Ran, a charming couple who own two cafes and are deeply in love, eagerly planning to begin their shared life together. Their immediate future, however, is complicated by lingering real estate contracts, forcing them to postpone their dreams. One day, a seemingly minor car accident significantly alters their path. To prevent any public scrutiny or legal issues, they make an unusual choice: to quietly take responsibility for Suk, the young man involved in the collision, despite knowing absolutely nothing about his background. As Suk mysteriously integrates into their private lives, his silent presence begins to subtly unravel their well-laid plans and challenge their understanding of love and trust. This seemingly innocent act of kindness or discretion soon reveals itself to be a pivotal, unexpected event, forcing Ho Chul and Young Ran to confront the unforeseen consequences of their decision.
