Fai Gam Prae unravels the intertwined fates of Jarawee and Tomnai, two servants who first meet on a train, each pretending to be from a wealthy family. After discovering their shared deception, they conspire to marry each other's masters. Jarawee's master, Thippayarng, is a sweet, gentle woman needing constant guidance. Tomnai's master, Thongchan, is a frivolous player dependent on Tomnai's help. Thongchan is captivated by Jarawee’s beauty, while Thippayang is drawn to Tomnai's charm, leading to two surprising marriages. However, these unions quickly sour. Tomnai divorces Thippayang, bored by her naive nature and the issues she inadvertently causes. Similarly, Thongchan ends his marriage with Jarawee, feeling overpowered by her intelligence and competence. Years later, Jarawee and Tomnai coincidentally reunite on a train, much like their first encounter. This time, they decide to embrace their true identities, hoping to forge a genuine connection without pretense.
