Description:

In the bustling city, a perpetually broke but sharp-witted police detective finds his life turned upside down when his son's school friend is kidnapped by masked assailants. His investigation soon leads him to a remote, icy northern town.

Meanwhile, a funeral parlour worker, burdened by a troubled past, assists police with cadaver removal. He uncovers a shocking deception: a supposed natural death was actually a meticulously concealed murder, with authorities duped by a fake death certificate. The detective, recognizing the worker's extraordinary talent for observation, becomes intrigued.

Simultaneously, the funeral worker's father is violently murdered, and his own quest for justice points him towards the exact same mysterious northern town.
