"Double Savage" explores the intense bond and eventual shattering relationship between two brothers, Pakorn and Pawin, raised in a Chinese trading family. While the siblings initially share a strong connection, their father's unequal affection creates an underlying tension. Pakorn, born during a recession, is unfairly branded a jinx and denied his father's love, unlike Pawin, the favored "golden child" born during prosperous times.

Their fraternal love faces a dramatic turning point with the arrival of Rungtawan, the daughter of rival business owners, sparking romantic complications and family strife. The situation escalates catastrophically when Pakorn becomes entangled with a thief named Asalha, leading to his wrongful incrimination in a violent crime. This pivotal event irrevocably transforms their once steadfast sibling affection into a bitter feud. As Pakorn is forced onto a path as an outlaw, Pawin rises through the ranks as a rookie cop, setting them on a collision course where brother must confront brother.
