Description:

In Hong Kong, a chilling new threat emerges as Darker, a ruthless vigilante serial killer, returns. He sends meticulously detailed "death notices" to his intended victims, stating precisely when and how he will commit the murder. Despite receiving police protection, Darker demonstrates an uncanny ability to bypass security and execute his brutal punishments with ease.

This reign of terror echoes a dark past, ten years prior, when Darker orchestrated a mysterious explosion that claimed the life of a police inspector's girlfriend. The sole survivor and witness to that horrific event was left crippled, severely burnt, and disfigured. Now, Darker reemerges, challenging the police to a dangerous face-off.
