Cliff Walkers transports audiences to the perilous landscape of 1930s Manchukuo, a volatile puppet state. The film follows a quartet of highly skilled Communist party special agents who, after intense training in the Soviet Union, parachute back into China for a critical assignment. Their secret mission, codenamed Utro, is vital, but their operation is compromised from the outset. Betrayed by a traitor, the team faces immediate and overwhelming threats upon landing in the snowy wilderness.
