Description:

Plagued by relentless debts and facing harassment, Aoyama's life is in turmoil. His desperate circumstances lead him to an unexpected refuge: a mysterious town, aptly named the "City of People." This peculiar place offers an intriguing paradox: anyone can enter freely, but no one can ever leave.

Once inside, Aoyama discovers a seemingly idyllic existence. The town generously provides all basic necessities, from abundant food and comfortable clothing to a safe place to live. Its inhabitants spend their days indulging in constant pleasures, seemingly without a care in the world. However, Aoyama's initial relief soon gives way to a growing unease. Driven by an inherent curiosity, he begins to communicate with the other residents, piecing together fragments of information. Through these interactions, Aoyama slowly starts to uncover the unsettling truth behind the town's allure and the profound mystery of its inescapable nature.
