Description:

Anohana Pre-Air SP follows Jinta Nijiro Murakami, a high school student and hikikomori living in Chichibu Saitama Prefecture Japan. His isolated life changes on a summer day when a girl suddenly appears while he is absorbed in a video game. The girl is his childhood friend Meiko Minami Hamabe, which seems impossible because Meiko died on a summer day. Wearing the same white dress as when she died but looking a bit taller, she reveals she returned as a ghost to grant a forgotten wish. To help her, Jinta reunites with their childhood friends Atsumu Jun Shison, Naruko Airi Matsui, Chiriko Marie Iitoyo, and Tetsudo Yuta Takahata. Gathering together for the first time in 7 years, they attempt to fulfill her wish, even though Jinta is the only one who can actually see Meiko.
