In the Japanese movie Akegarasu, Naoki Masaki Suda works as an unpopular host at the Akegarasu host club in Shinagawa Tokyo. Facing a looming debt deadline, Naoki manages to gather 10 million yen to pay off what he owes. To celebrate, he has a party with his coworkers, but when he wakes up the next night, his money is completely gone. When Naoki asks his coworkers at the club about the money, everyone claims they did not see it. Desperate and paranoid, Naoki begins to question his own reality. Did he dream the entire 10 million yen? If he does not get the money soon, he will be thrown into the bottom of Tokyo Bay. Naoki cannot trust anyone in this suspenseful story.
