After Sundown unfolds a captivating story of an unlikely engagement interwoven with a chilling supernatural mystery. Heeding a fortune teller's prophecy, Phloeng, a pragmatic individual, agrees to an arranged marriage with Rawi, a young man from the countryside. Both enter the arrangement reluctantly. Phloeng, disbelieving the prophecy but wishing to appease his parents, sets a six-month condition: if their relationship fails to deepen, he will call off the engagement.
