Description:

In a stagnant 202X Japan, widely perceived as a declining nation, Prime Minister Washida launches the ambitious UtopiAI (UA) project to spark revitalization. This experimental initiative tasks artificial intelligence with selecting young leaders from across the country to govern and regenerate degenerated cities. The premise is that AI, with its massive data, can perfectly compensate for the inexperience often attributed to youth. Remarkably, the AI chooses an idealistic yet immature 17-year-old to assume the role of Prime Minister. Collaborating with a team of other young individuals around the age of 20, this unprecedented government utilizes AI to drive forward bold reforms. Their collective mission is to transform struggling regional cities into pioneering experimental UA cities, striving to forge an ideal society and challenge the entrenched stagnation of the nation.
