"Hot Blood" explores the lives of three childhood friends who once passionately shared the dream of joining the national taekwondo team. Years later, having largely surrendered to the harsh realities of life, their quiet existence is stirred by the impending return of Taeyeong. He was the only one who remained in Seoul, relentlessly pursuing their shared champion ambition. His homecoming after a long absence brings a flood of happy memories, temporarily rekindling their youthful camaraderie.

However, their reunion coincides with widespread village rumors of a massive neighborhood redevelopment project. This impending change looms large, creating an undercurrent of tension. Suddenly, the three friends find themselves thrust into a significant, life-altering incident directly connected to this redevelopment.
